Update, & First Time To Miss The Blogging Goal, Sorta

This has been my first week in months that I have not fulfilled my goal in posting at least twice a week (unless of course I back date a post… and I might yet!) Amidst the regular duties, I’ve had a ton of tasks both ministry related and just personal things that I needed to get done – and it’s been a productive week everywhere but the blog!

Actually, I have been working on the other Pages of this site, as well as content for them and future content for blogs. So it’s not entirely true that it was unproductive week for the blog as well – just appears so. All social media has been neglected this week for the most part.

To top it all off, we’re taking a large group of college students to a local conference. This is our biggest push all year, and we’ve been promoting and gearing up for it since the August blast-off.

Ironically after this week, I’m also teaching a workshop there on evangelism and the usage of social media – as well as how to keep it from taking over your life! I’m pretty excited about it, because it’s definitely a subject I know well and have been working at implementing for a bit now. I’ll see about recording it. Pray for me if you think about it!

So, I guess this technically meets my requirements since I just gave a short update as well as backdated a post a few minutes ago. Maybe that makes up for my lack of blogging this week. Not really… but it sorta does. Oh well… I’m convinced the future is better prepared for many good things because of my neglect of the blog this week. Sorry lil blog… A novice like myself just can’t do it all. :)

Mostly, sorry for all of you who are subscribed to updates or check the blog. Traffic was lame-o this week and I understand why. It’ll be much better next week and long after!

I serve as the Director and Editor-In-Chief of The Majesty’s Men, a multi-faceted ministry and brand I founded in 2013 focused on facilitating friendship and mentoring between Christian. TMM is made up of an online community and blog, a network of exemplary men and their sites, a brand and shop, resources, and, most importantly, a growing network of localized face-to-face communities.

I build the site, manage our accounts and volunteers, lead the editing, and lead in strategy and marketing for TMM. It has been a wonderful and super challenging learning experience over the years and I have many more plans for the future!

The best way to get to know TMM is to hop over to the site and check it out.
