TheMajestysMen.com is a blog, active online community, shop, brand, business, and will continue to become more.
I started the blog while doing full-time ministry, but it fizzled out as I moved and began other work. Still, I believed there could be a better way for young men to think and talk about their spiritual life and theological beliefs as well as share in struggles and victories of life. I wanted a place where young guys could talk about real issues they face and discuss societal and cultural norms in relation to their faith and how they live. Additionally, they should learn solid theology and wisdom while building quality friendships in a peer-to-peer mentoring community.
I relaunched the site in January 2015 as an online community and multimedia publishing platform to accomplish this vision. It is for other young men like I was, and has grown to have thousands of followers on social networks and dozens of young men publishing and chatting on the site and behind the scenes each week in our virtual community.
We also formed the site into a multi-site network in which we can host dedicated blogs for more of our prolific bloggers and we can partner with others to host “project sites” (such as SubstitutePreacher.com) that fit well with our community.
The community grows significantly each month, and we are beginning to roll out products, plans and services for more possibilities in the future.
Let me know if you have any questions about it! I’d be glad to chat.
