The blog has sat silent this week. It’s been a hard week. Really. I’m more discouraged than I’ve been in a long, long time in my work. Especially if you’re one of my Missions Partners, I could use your prayer. Feel free to get in touch if you would like specifics.
I was once far enough scheduled in advance to cover a week like this with blog posts ready to go, but what I have scheduled now was worth more excitement and vigor than I could have mustered up this week.
I know from the traffic stats that I have people that watch this blog – or at least randomly visit – than I know personally. So if you’re one of those that doesn’t know me or the work I do, PLEASE FORGIVE THIS WEEK! It’s normally much more consistent.
I’M GOING TO COME BACK WITH SOME SERIOUSLY AMAZING CONTENT FROM THIS WEEK! For reals – especially concerning leadership and ministry!
Yea, I’m like one of those country singers that, when wronged, turns you into a song! Only, my craft isn’t typically songs… but sometimes that too! :)
I’m learning so much. So much good and “how to do” as well as so much sad and “how not to do.” So, please if you see this post. Pray for me that I may receive, rest, encouragement, direction, clarity, discernment, patience, endless thanksgiving, and an overflowing extra sense of God’s presence and gloriously matchless love… and anything else you may think of.
Hope you’re blessed with the same! Discouragement and a rough time comes, but there is one that is greater than anything in this world whether person or circumstance. (1 John 4:4)
